Developed by the Agrarian Territorial Directorate of Barcelona Provincial Council, with the participation of experts in rural development and local food systems, and featuring photographs by Patxi Uriz, this publication offers practical guidance for implementing and managing shared food production facilities and small abattoirs as drivers of local revitalisation and innovation.
